About the Brand
Zet Health is a 10-minute doorstep healthcare platform offering diagnostic lab sample collection and medicine delivery. Their mission — 'When Every Minute Matters' — drives everything from their service model to their visual language. I was brought in as a design intern to fully redesign their website.
Services
The Challenge
The existing Zet Health website was cluttered and failed to communicate trust — critical for any healthcare product. Users struggled to find key information and the visual design didn't reflect the speed and reliability the brand promised.
My Role
As the design intern, I conducted user research, redesigned the information architecture, built a clean design system and produced high-fidelity mockups for all key pages including the homepage, services section, how-it-works flow and FAQ.
